We did not want to leave there, would definitely recommend. We appreciated staying here, the place met what was needed. The location offered was good right by shops, cafes and bars, supermarkets and train or urban buses. The staff was all extremely friendly and affable.

Recommend it for Family with children
The location is convenient, just a minute's walk from the central station that was good for our day trips. The breakfast room was charming, with colorful decor.
It wasn't inexpensive but still within reasonable limits for a family stay.

Inconsistent room temperature regulation!!! Poor noise insulation affecting sleep quality!!! Limited parking facilities create a hassle !!! No kettles in rooms leaves tea lovers wanting!!!

Una hotel was a great experience. We were upgraded to a superior room, which was really lovely. Bologna ia a hot busy city in Summer and una was like an oasis of calm after a day touring the sights. Spotlessly clean, its a great choice for a city trip to Bologna as its also within a 10 minute walk of all the main sights.

Upgraded to superior double from standard, nice quiet spacious room with garden outlook, location close to station but ok walk into old part of town,
Have to pay for Internet & very patchy signal, No tourist assistance, no day trip information for tours etc.

Perfect spot near the station!
The location is just awesome, super close to the train station. The staff were friendly and really helpful, great. My room was spacious and pretty modern. I loved the comfy bed. Just a small issue with the shower not working quite right, but overall, a nice stay. Breakfast was decent, too, especially the pastries!
